Just wanted to give my two cents here, This is obviously too late for most of you and doesnt apply to alot of you, but for the new filmmakers like me this might be a good opportunity.
As this is Halloween, If you were going to shoot a horror or anything really, today would be a good day...Think about it, barely any cars on the streets, you can have your actors dress up as anything they want and not be questioned by Gardaí.
I call it Golden Hour, even though Its longer than an hour, and you would have to be shooting in the dark mostly, But Its a prime time to shoot in my opinion.
