editing DVD Ripping

Hi Guys,

I have a client who wants me to take footage off a dvd of one of their conferences and split it up for videos on youtube....

I have used DVD Ripper X for Mac, to rip the dvd but when i import it into CS5.5 the quality degrades somewhat....

Any ideas of how to keep the quality in CS5.5? Or do you know of a better dvd ripper?

Handbrake works pretty well.

No DVD footage is going to be fantastic though. And if Premiere needs to render it it'll play back in the preview a little lower quality until it is rendered.
