Dueling with Pins in the Rain --by Leo Kei Angelos
Hello everyone,
The new film I'm acting in (shooting the next several weeks, Michael's Lament) is going to be DP'ed by a very remarkable young man named Leo Kei Angelos. When I saw this guys stuff I was blown away. We are very lucky to have him. Not only does he shoot his films, he also fight choreographs and performs in. Only 22 years old...pretty cool if you ask me. Michael's Lament isn't going to be this DP's standard fare--it's not an action film per say, but I think his eye and camera work very much strengthens any project he aligns himself with.
The first film is "A Duel Affair" --a very slick teaser for what I'm sure will be a great feature.

The next is a brutal version of Little Red Riding Hood, called "Pins & Needles" --exellent work on this one too.

The last film is a cool experimental short called "Rain", which is uber groovy too me thinks.

I haven't yet seen Pins or Duel in their full versions, and I can't wait. Have a look, I think you'll be pleased. Thanks for letting me share.
