DIY Light Bar (Film Riot)

IDK why people go through the effort of wiring and all that. maybe they're just more comfortable with electrical engineering. or they want it to look a little more polished?

personally I would just mount a couple of power strips on a piece of wood. Boom. done.

I was hoping this thread was about the light bar on top of police cars :)
