Well, yeah, it non-commercial movie, so i can fully use these sounds and images.
Robocop? I just wanted to make some "War-District" atmosphere in the foreground, that's all.

Actually, no, you can't. But many people do thinking it's okay because others do it. Just by virtue of the fact you "copied" it and redistributed it via an electronic medium for public viewing, you've violated copyright.
