The company is cash rich, has a great management team and has a great distribution range to take advantage of a lot of the IP they've bought.
I see it as Hulu adding to their distribution arm quite nicely. They're not allowed to buy TV Stations, isn't this the TV station of the future? What's the asking price for Hulu?
