Fresh off winning the "Spirit of Queens" award from the Queens World Film Festival (which I think is an audience choice award?), my latest short film Protangeline flies into the Detroit Independent Film Festival this Saturday at 3:00pm where it is nominated for three Michigan Film Awards: Best Screenplay, Best Score and Best Supporting Actor.

This was our big helicopter movie.

Hope to see some Michiganders out there this weekend!
