I have a agreement I am trying to comply with to destroy all nude outtakes from a shoot. What would be the best approach to comply with a legal agreement to permanently destroy all footage not related to the agreed project?
I'm not the expert, but just deleting, makes it possible to retreive the files.
Delete the files, format the disk (not the quick format, but the long taking method), copy all kind of other stuff to the disk to fill it. Format again.
(Expose to a large magnet. Set fire to the disk. Drown it in salt water. Cut it to pieces. Don't forget to film this )
