De noiseing

I am using Sony Vegas pro 12 and can't seem to find the de noising function for video. also i am having a hard time trying to up load this security camera footage to sony vegas 12.
In order to save it on my EXT Hard drive I had to convert the hard drive to FAT32, i am not sure if this messed with the files that enabled me to upload it up Vegas 12 but for some reason it's not letting me.

Another thing is i have heard of a noise reduction plug in called
"neat video"

How does this work? as in how do i access it?
like I download it and does it automatically go to my Veags 12?
and even more so, where do I find neat video?

Some details on my fil
Frame width 352
Frame height 240
Date Rate 607kbps
Total Bit rate 607
Frame Rate 29

what kind of template should I use?
my video was recorded in 480P (1024x768)

Neat Video indeed works well for this. You can purchase all sorts of versions on their website.

Personally, I use a program called Sound Soap. It's a bit more tailored to music production, but it implements well as a standalone program for audio or as a plugin to most DAW's - So, I use it for my music and my films, both in Adobe Audition.

Good luck!

Is Vegas 12 in the cloud?

FAT32 has limits on filesize (4GB) and is not natively read by Apples (last I checked). It should not affect you being able to access your footage on a PC.
