dbuys.com vs sears???

Anyone ever buy online from a company called dbuys.com??? They sell a camera for $565 that retails elsewhere for $750 (such as Sears and a few known online retailers).
A case of 'if it sounds too good-it is'?
The camera in question is a Canon hf200.
