My name is David Jetre and I am an independent filmmaker who has completed my first film "Shroud." I believe one's work speaks louder than worlds, so I am posting information on my latest project "Shroud." Unfortunately, that has met with some resistance (and understandably so) so I will simply do this the old-fashioned way.
I am a career artist, illustrator, writer and art director. I currently own and operate a full service Design & IT studio in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and crossed over from advertising to film in 2005 with a science-fiction short film, and again in late 2007 with my first feature film, "Shroud." I am presently in development on my second feature "Damascus" and hope start and sell it in 2009.
I have found a great deal of value in the independent film world and want to besure people know what opportunities are actually out there. I look forward to a long exchange of ideas and innovation on IndieTalk during 2009.
