Dark Pool The Webseries follows Jim Krall whose daughter is kidnapped in plain sight following a recent promotion. His world quickly unravels and he is sent spiraling into a conspiracy that will throw into question the very nature of reality.
We are currently on the second season of the series. No money is made off the project and just about the same is spent. The first five episodes were made with zero dollars, however the second season received some funding through Kickstarter and I believe it shows in the production value.
It's a passion project that many people put a lot of hard work into! It was an official selection in the 2012 LA Webfest and won Best Directing, Best Ensemble Cast, & Best Editing in the Sci Fi/Horror/Fantasy genre.
