CP16A How do I attach the dog leg to the lens?

So I bought a CP16A from America and the Lens came with the 'dog leg' un attached. I cannot figure out how I attach it properly to the little mount.

I have attached the picture of the bits.

I think the little screw on the side is the pin that holds it on, so it would have to be loosened or come all the way out prior to installation.

Been a while since I've held a cp16a though, and I never did take the viewfinder off
