Conversion from super 16 negative to digital HD file

We need to transfer the negative (that was cut) of our feature film (shot on super 16) to an HD file ProRes 2p OR 1080p. Would greatly appreciate the suggestions, etc. Also, anybody can recommend an LA lab for such a conversion? Thanks.

CineLab, Spektra and Yale are the three I know of. The only one I'm at all familiar with is Yale, and only because ZenSteve previously had processing and telecine done by them.

Cinelab specifically mentions 1080p and 2k transfers to prores straight to disk.
