I'm producing a short, narrative film. I would like to know where I can find some sample contracts meant for particular members of the crew, in particular the Director of Photography and Sound Designer. I do own a book by Kelly Charles Crabb called The Movie Business, which can help. But where else can I find complete sample contracts?

Have an entertainment lawyer review it first.
There are standard contracts for ULB films, and many lawyers may print one off pro-bono for you.

Make sure that the contract addresses transfer of copyrights to you. Some crew people contribute "art" to the look of the movie... the DP, art department in particular.
