I am planning to shoot my second shot and I have a question.
Where can I get a standart form of a contract with an actor?
P.S. I`ve read Sonnyboo`s article about contracts (Sonnyboo, thanks a lot!).

I used the forms from Sonnyboo's site, slightly reworked to better fit my production and all worked well.

Yeah, I recommend customizing the forms for your own use.
