Compressing Feature Films in HD for the Web

I'm trying to get a 2 hour HD project on Vimeo.

In Googling my issues I came across this article and found it to be extremely helpful for shorter works:

I don't want to lose quality, but I'd also prefer not to break it into two pieces. Any advice on how to get this monster down to the size Vimeo will accept (short of tweaking and tweaking the settings for hours on end)?

I use Final Cut Pro and Compressor.

I do have a Vimeo plus account, which allows one to upload up to 5GB a week, but that's limited to about 2GB a file (lame!).....any advice?

The original file is 19.47GB. Need it down to around 2.

Thanks for your time!!!
