vfx Changing hair color

I am wanting to change the arm and chest hair color on a character in a bathtub who is mostly off screen. I just need to be pointed in the right direction. Thanks!

Hello I can do this with davinci resolve pro version.
You can mark the area you want to change and it'll automagically track the area as it moves around in the frame.

The **CORE** functionality of davinci resolve is adjusting the color of stuff.

No, I should've worded my post better , but color changing is such a mainstream fundamental I bet you can find someone easily!
There is a free version of resolve that can do all the color changing if you want to play around with it (GPU required - no laptops!) it's a great tool. The free version only lacks the tracking - you can do that manually with a little extra work.
