celluloid to poster

Hi, a couple of decades ago my father found a roll of eastman/kodak celluloid film (about 16 frames) He dug it up during a gold prospecting trip in WA Australia. its in great condition and we have run it through a home projector. Its an artists rendition of early life on the goldfields, after the style of t.s Gill. I would like to get poster sized prints made of each of the frames, but have no idea of the processes...can anyone advise me please..

Some sort of scanner, the same way they scan negatives from still photography. I'd take it to a high-end photo place to see what they can do. They can probably work with it.
