Hey everyone. Optic Sugar--a team I work with and know--just took home five awards in the Providence, RI 48hr Film Competition. These guys are the up-and-coming film makers in our area...and I'm very proud of them.

nice...it's always great to see a 48 hour film project entry that stays away from the usual youtube garbage, bad comedy strain and attempts something serious, and with great results.

How come it didn't win best silent film? It's easily better than the winner of that award.

Ya Count...tis true, tis true. It's a bit political when it comes to 48hr Fests...clearly a film that won all those awards should have taken home 1st place (Best Film). But who knows...there are always shady things about the 48s...
