cinematography Canon 60d shooting in 4:3?

Hi folks

So I'm making a film noir parody and I would like to shoot in 4:3, problem is I can't seem to find an option to do that with my canon 60d. If I lower the resolution to 480p the image crops down to 4:3 (I think). Is this all shooting 4:3 is? Am I missing something?
