Cannes, official, Critic's week or Directors Fortnight selection?

Hi I'd like to know what do you guys think about submitting a short film for the cannes films festival.
What do you think about submitting a short film for the three Cannes sections (Official, Critic's week or Directors Fortnight )
I'm about to doing that. Do you know what could happened if ( wonderfully) the three or two sections are interested in your short film?

Yes you should do it. What happens if you get in is that you will get a LOT of attention and have a really good time in Cannes.
