editing Can capcut do what I want or what do I need?

I like capcut for editing simple stuff (super noob here, but I can’t find out if following stuff is possible:

Morph objects. For example make an oval out of a circle.


Change the opacity of overlays just in special parts. Like when I have a person I just want the legs „fade out“.


If capcut can’t do that. Any app that can? If no app- what would you recommend?


Edit: it’s more a photo editing question I guess, but I want video effects on it etc
