DivXNetworks Presents the GreenCine Online Film Festival, June 1-June 26, on GreenCine.com.
Deadline: April 30 (postmarked)!
This is a great opportunity for filmmakers to present their work to a much larger audience than at a traditional film festival. Two categories: Narrative Feature and Documentary Feature. Ten finalists in each category will be available online for download in secure DivX format. Established/renowned filmmakers, writers, agents and producers will be judges. One Grand Prize winner in each category will receive cash award and screened theatrically in San Francisco; an Audience Award will also be given, based on online voting, and all downloaded films will receive a generous percentage of the revenues (the only film festival to offer this)!
All films must have been produced after Jan. 1, 2002, and be longer than 40 minutes. Formats: VHS or DVD. Entry fees: $20 per submission, or free with GreenCine membership.
