Okay so I was watching Breaking Bad. And it was when Walt and Jesse were burying a gun. But the scene starts out as if the camera was buried and you see them undigging it to put the gun in the hole. How do you do that?

Make a box with a clear ploycarbonate top. Insert Camera. Bury Box.
Dig up box with camera rolling.
