BMCC EF Body to Nikon

I recently inherited a full set of nikon lenses. I own the BMCC EF. I bought the cheap canon to nikon adaptor but it didn't work because it has no manual aperture control tab. Basically, if I spend $280 on a Novaflex adaptor will I be able to use all of my nikon lenses?
