BMCC EF Body to Nikon

Is there an adaptor for the BMCC EF that would work for all Nikon lenses? I recently inherited a full set of Nikon lenses and bought the cheap adaptor for it. It didn't have a manual aperture control tab so was very dark and wouldn't work. Basically, if I spend $280 on the Novaflex will I be able to use all of my Nikon lenses?
