Best preset sequence for Adobe Premiere CS5?

I am filming with a Canon Rebel T3i using a Canon ef75-300mm lens. I want to know what will be the best format to use as far as selecting which preset sequence setting I should use in Adobe Premiere CS5. The video dimensions playback size is 1920 × 1080. The videos I am filming are going to most likely be for YouTube since they are music videos and maybe DVDs. Please let me know if you need further information.

Thanks,

There's no existing preset listed with the dimension & framerate?

None of this matters until you're finished editing, and you are ready to start making exports. Different exports are made for different needs, so you can end up with a final export for DVD, another for BluRay, another for web-devices, etc.

The only important thing right now, is creating a Project file which has the same settings as the majority of your footage. From what I understand, CS5 can handle DSLR footage natively so you should be able to get going with your editing as soon as you've picked a preset with the matching size & fps... and since that's in CS4, I can't imagine it's not in CS5.

Great this helped a lot and I understood. The only question I have is pertained to this...

How can I figure out what the fps is for the footage I shot? In the properties I can see the dimensions but not fps?
