Anybody good with Adobe Flash Pro?

I suppose it doesn't have to be with Adobe Flash pro, but any animation program.

Basically, what i need is a cartoon (Approx 10 seconds long) for my intro.

I'm pretty fluent in After Effects. If you're just doing a 10 second non-interactive bit then After Effects can probably do a better job than flash?

Can you describe the project a bit more? I'll PM you a quote.
