Another WB question (WB with lense filters on?)

I got a new Neutral Density filter this weekend and was playing with it around the yard. I like what it did for DOF etc. In playback I noticed that the white was a bit "greenish" My thinking is that this is a WB problem.

Im about to get some more filters (UV, Polar, and FLD) I'm wondering . Should I manually WB AFTER all the filters are on the camera?
