Nice site. I like the color.
However $4.99/month for 25MEGS :huh: is just... well I'm just speachless. I don't know if that's a typo or not but there are other hosting packages for the same price and ten times more space. While I love entrepeneurship, perhaps you should re-evaluate your products. Part of a business plan, a BIG part, is researching your copmetition and targeted market. If your competition is doing the same thing, and same price but are offering 10 times more product, who will people go with?

With that said, if you target your market you will do well. :yes:
 
Proper spelling and grammar go a long way toward building corporate credibility.

When I see "Are your server's Unix, or NT?" in the FAQ's, I tend to question the company's professionalism and credibility.

Why exactly do you question the credibility and professionalism?

The customer who posted the question received a quick response and his question was added to the FAQ.

I would question the credibility and professionalism because the grammar is incorrect. Even though the customer submitted the question with (at least one, maybe two) grammatical errors, you should have corrected these errors before posting it in your FAQ section. Once you post something on your site, it becomes yours (unless you specifically reference the original writer of the sentence and mark all spelling/grammar errors with the (sic) tag to indicate an acknowledged error).

I agree about the professionalism bit... We're not bashing you, we are offering contructive criticism. We're trying to help you have a better business. Misspellings are definitely not professional. Even if the customer did write it, you should fix the mispellings before putting it on your site.
