editing AE CS4 Render settings for Youtube

Hey Guys and Gals
I have some experience in using AE but where I lack is rendering.

I tend to edit things all in AE CS4, this may be wrong but it works for me as I like to do really short 1 min clips for youtube.

I shoot in 1080 24 frames and I can never seam to get the render settings right.

Can you recommend the best render settings I can use for uploading to Youtube
