Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 and .MTS files - Help please

Hello all.

When i edited my school projects, i've always done it in Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 but i never worked with HD files, only with SD.

Now i'm about to buy a Canon HF S20 and i read it that i can import .MTS files but i can't export them. How can i do this? thanks.
