Yes, Mandy's probably the best for it. You could try your local theater company.

We've found that the best places to find actors is to post ads near college theater departments. A lot of them are down just to get the experience and put something on their resume.

My cousin majored in theater because he figured that since we were already good at filmmaking, he might as well focus on something that he'd like to improve upon, and that was acting. Through that he was able to get in contact with many amazing actors in the department to participate in our stuff. And so far so good.
