I've posted ads on all but the New England site for free. I've cast both my movies from nycastings and mandy. My friend has done the same.

They're the ones that get thrown to the lions when the shoot has been completed.
Just add to your preferences on the sites the members here have suggested you want Christian actors.
However, when you are looking for actors, they are playing fictional roles. A good character actor can become any character in a script.
To get back to (semi-) serious here...
Getting any actor, especially an actor with some talent, to commit to a project is hard enough; limiting yourself to "Christians" is really going to restrict your talent pool (and may even be discriminatory in some jurisdictions). Even if your project is faith based, good actors who don't share that faith should be able to project the attitude you require. However, you also have to be on your best behavior. By asking specifically for "Christians" and therefor promoting yourself as one you are now a visible representative of your beliefs. So if you, even once, do anything contrary to your espoused beliefs in the eyes of those working with you you will have denigrated your belief structure and yourself.

I'm not clear on just what you're looking for. Do you want actors/actresses who are Christian?
Or, do you want people who act (pretend to be) Christian? Cuz they're all over the place.
If Jesus were your casting director, I'm pretty sure he'd be loving of every actor/actress on your stage, regardless of their religious background.
