This project proposal is for those who want to build their work portfolio or interested to gain valuable experience in producing innovative film projects.
As you are aware, the Entertainment Industry is a highly competitive industry. A career on screen or behind the screen is very hard to achieve. To build a career in the entertainment industry a good work portfolio, solid work experience and business contacts are essential. Hollywood needs people who create their 'Break' rather than wait for it.
Dream Merchants is a creative partnership of talents working in various sections of the entertainment industry. We are seeking ambitious and hardworking Film Career Aspirants to be part of the Team. We are planning for concepts and storylines with few characters, limited locations and to be completed in a very limited days of production. We have project plans for small budget films with good selling prospects (ex: Phone Booth which can be completed in a very small budget at few locations) and business concepts (Marketing / Media Promotions ex: Blair Witch Project) for festival acceptance and global distribution.
Our Project Concept is suitable for those who want to develop acting / work portfolio instead of making small projects (short films) independently, which will never get a distribution or theatrical release. Instead, let us join and invest together to make a feature film which can be distributed world wide. The Team will work on a Profit Sharing Basis, with proper documents and work agreements.We are looking for talented and hardworking film professionals who want to build their career as actors, actresses, cameraman, music directors, assistant directors, executive producers, editors, make up artists, stunt masters, special effects coordinators etc. Hence, each team member will be able to build his "work portfolio" and be rewarded an "equal share" in the success of the project.
