I have been trying to get a smooth 1000fps using premiere cs4. I know there are frame blending plugins such as Twixtor, but is there a way to work around it with stock effects found in AE or PR? I was thinking of lighting the hell out of my shot, and ramping the shutter speed, then just slowing it down with time remapping. but I'm at work right (hard at work as you can tell) so cannot give it a whirl.
