editing 720 X 480 VS 720 X 486

I want to export a movie to sell on YouTube for $1.99 or whatever. It was shot at 1920 X 1080 but I want to bring the file size down for YouTube so I'm not uploading a monster sized file. I guess I should choose H.264 at 720 X 480 w/ letterbox right?

What's with this 720 X 486? Why the extra 6 lines of height?
