in reverse it looks good but normally wasnt so great maybe twixtor could be used to emphasize a second or two of extreme slow motion?

nice one perhaps you could look at my thread i have some slow motion in the beginning, i didnt use twixtor but it was at 50fps conformed to 23.98 also have some speeded up motion at the end.
