Here's a 1 minute trailer I made for the book Rebel without a Deal.

Shot in 1 take with the Canon HF S200, set to 24p and Cinelook on.
Cheep felt from a fabric store was used for Green Screen.
Rough edit in Final Cut.
Fine tuned and keyed with Keylight in After Effects.
Color correction with Synthetic Aperture in After Effects.
Foley recorded with a Countryman ISOMAX EMW Lav & a Zoom H4N
Music by Smart Sound Sonic Fire
Final audio mix in Final Cut.

Nice key. Mind if I ask what your light kit consisted of? And I'm baffled by your 1-take parlor-trick. (Don't tell me! I want to figure it out)

Effective use of masking and greenscreen compositing! I noticed that the arms taking the items out are brighter than the ones that are actually attached to your torso (which grab the chair and film can). Pretty good slowdown of your turning body (at one point) to match the grabbing arm.

What really makes it work, is that you planned it out well and did it in a long take.

It's my first green screen shoot, and my first use of Synthetic Aperture. I should have spent more time on it and done more takes, but I'm like a giddy school girl who is just anxious to show off her new Barbie.

You should be giddy, it's fricken great. I only noticed, because I was so impressed that I took a second look. Everybody else will be looking at the stuff coming out of the can. Just as cool was how you conveyed the story in one minute.
