Both are WGA-registered and one of these has a sequel screenplay for it, which I am working through for errors, scene rewrites, etc. These screenplays are both listed with Inktip and would be considered horror films - one would be on a par with such films as 'Backwoods' and 'Wrong Turn' while the other is more like 'I Spit on Your Grave' with supernatural elements.
