editing 2.40:1 Aspect crop in Premiere Pro CS4

The Crop effect in Premiere Pro CS4 let's you crop image top and bottom by a percent. Does anyone know what percent would constitute a 2.40:1 aspect ratio, if my source video is 1440x1080? I basically want the video cropped to 2.40:1.
