    I would not be able to afford the videomic pro, so i would go for the original videomic or the videomic go which seems to have about the same audio quality with a cheaper price, although you lose out on any manual control att all.

    Hello! I've now had my canon t3i for over a year and I'm now planning to buy my first real accessory for it. I'm either going to buy a røde videomic or a 50mm f 1.8 prime lens which both have about the same price. What would you guys say is the more essential filmmaking tool of the two? Thanks...
