Thanks for the advice! I wasn't meaning to come across at all as if IndieTalk isn't good enough. I don't know what I'd do without it! I was looking for video tutorials and such. I've checked quite a few up on Youtube and they're great! It's just that it doesn't cover every piece of it in enough...

I was looking the other day and was thinking of doing some online film school classes. Just some lessons on cinematography, under $200 if possible. Does anyone know of a site that does this? Thanks!

I've been studying VFX for the past year and a half and I'm ok at it. I don't know if I could do all that but I'm sure it's not too hard to conjur up some of the effects in After Effects then composite it onto the footage you shot.

If your interested in selling stock footage, there's lots of sites for doing that like istockphoto and videohive etc... Or you could set up your own site like detonationfilms done.

DSLR's are a really popular choice at the moment for filmmakers. T2i and T3i are great choices.

There's a lot of books out there that teach you the theory of filmmaking and camera work, they should help you a lot.

This too. The manual is often overlooked but it provides so much valuable info.

Not exactly, but make sure your image is well lit then. Make sure the framing/composition etc is great so no one will question or even notice anything different about the quality.

Lighting is the only physical thing really outside the camera that will make your image look better. Look at tutorials online on lighting etc...
