Great job!!! I liked it. I'm a sucker for horror anyways. Personally, I would have liked to have seen some more "dramatic lighting" around the table, maybe. But that's just my opinion. I dig the overall idea though.

    I am digging Screenflow

I was a long time FCP user, but I haven't really worked on any video projects in a few years - my day gig is composing music for TV shows. Recently, I needed to do some quick video editing and screen captures for my website and stumbled upon Screenflow. Let me just say, it is incredible...

I'm writing some creepy music for a TV show on Investigation Discovery.

    5d to Computer to VHS

That video was incredible. I was searching VHS and found this. Personally, I'm focusing on more glitchy texture than narrative, but I dig the look of this.

Blade Runner 2049: 9/10 I'm a big Denis Villeneuve fan, but I was bummed out after having heard Johann Johannsson (my favorite current film composer) was replaced by Hans Zimmer. However, when I finally watched the film I thought it was incredible and really dug the score.

Thanks man. Yeah, when editing I wished I had given those shots some movement. I'm glad you mentioned that because it reaffirms what I was thinking.

In addition to making music, I occasionally do video work. Check out this video I made for this pop country artist. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out since it was a pretty quick shoot. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AJcJQtQNv_c

sound The story behind the THX deep note.

Haha. I know right. How on earth could they loose it. That makes me not feel as bad that I don't have crazy offsite backups and cloud backups and 14 versions of everything. I do have 3 copies of everything though so I think I'm ok-ish.

archived-videos Cool graphic open for a tv show using my music

I'm a huge south park fan and thought that episode was hilarious. Alot of the music I've written has been for those shows on Investigate Discovery. One of the main ones I did the music for was Sins and Secrets which I believe their referencing in that episode by calling it "Sinful Secrets".

Crispin Glover wrote this article of 20 golden rules for self financing a film. Pretty quirky but very interesting and definitely some good advice. http://www.moviemaker.com/articles/wisdom-wednesday-crispin-glovers-20-golden-rules-of-self-financed-moviemaking/ I just found this article today...

My First Reel: 8 student films in 2 minutes

I agree with ChimpPhobiaFilms about the titles at the beginning and putting the names of the films at the bottom. The reel looked great. Rock on!!!
