Maybe I can chime in here. I don't really have film directing experience,yet.:) But I do work as a plant manager in a production environment (printing/finishing). So, from a production stand point, read - getting stuff done, I find it is better to give assignments with very clear objectives...

At the beginning, when the cars are out of focus, why not speed that up and gradually slow them down to regular speed as they come into focus. Just a thought. Did I miss something? What's the story??

I made it 4 minutes until I skipped forward. Then I saw a blip of an argument. Skip. Credits. It looks nice but 4-5 minutes of building in a 7 minute film(subtracting the credits) is too much for me.

This looks better with the grading you've done. The fat dude is funny. Reminds me of the guy from that Repo show. Some of the music was a little busy for what was happening. The dialogue was hard to understand in places. Subtitles maybe. The action scenes were pretty cool. I would stay away from...
