Get all crew/cast who will have access to the script to sign a non share release form (not sure on the technical term). Very rarely are you going to have an actor share a script online for lols.

I'm with you on this. I'm personally glad he's taken it to court level. This is a much fairer level of copyright control than what is normally exercised by actual studio heads and fake YouTube copyright hits

6GB doesn't really seem like a lot for editing, obviously the more the better. I've just upgraded to the top level MBP and 15" hasn't bothered me. If you can push yourself to do something like that then that would be better imo, obviously, I guess
