You can store photos, audio, video, text, links, voice memos, whatever in OneNote - very handy for pulling info together. It's on mac, pc, WinPhones & ios smartphones, and tablets of all persuasions. Set it to sync with your cloud service, sure. :)
The song & sound ain't bad at all, but that video is an incoherent mess. Stick to making music, and spend a few bux on a third party to handle the music video aspects. They sure know how to party, looks like :)

Some festivals allow you to send a work-in-progress copy for review, yes. It will vary from fetsival to festival, so you'll have to check with each one first, though.
