    archived-videos Misunderstanding

Canon 60D with CineStyle (to me it looks inferior than using the "normal" or "landscape" preset picture) along with 18-135mm Canon EFS lens. Does it look awesome or what? :D

    archived-videos Misunderstanding

Yeah, as you say, the story wasn't as good as it could be, it's always my weak side. About cinematography, there was nothing special. A lot of discontinuity (last shots especially). But yeah, I think I spent most of the time planning the angles/locations. :/

    archived-videos Misunderstanding

Recently I made a short ambiguous film and I'm not really satisfied with it, it seems OK, but something there is that... :grumpy: Maybe it's too fast? Anyway, I'd really want to know your opinion on it: did you like it or not? Why? What can be improved etc. What I'd like you to carefully look...

story Lights Of The Sky - 1.5 page short story

In my opinion, the only interesting and music part of this short film would be VFX. It'd be extraordinary experience to watch. I must say, impatiently, I really wait for the actual film, but make sure the atmosphere and the views are special and truly breathtaking! ;)

    archived-videos Hand drawn rotoscopic animation

First, I filmed my brother walking around. Then, I put it on Adobe Premiere and enlarged the video preview as much as possible. After, I put a piece on paper on my laptop screen and just trace picture by picture with a pencil. I did it on APPro, because I could acces every frame one by one...

    archived-videos Hand drawn rotoscopic animation

A little rotoscopic animation that took me 5+ hours to make. That was my first animation and was more like an experiment. In my opinion, it turned out quite good, so I might be thinking of making something more serious. Here's the clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WETigEiJh8E If you have any...

Do you work outside of Filmmaking?

Thanks for the long post, but in Europe there isn't so much job opportunities for children like there is in USA. The are many unemployed 18+ people who don't have a job and if there would be a job, they would get it. There are also no "open" filmmaking project etc. you were talking about for me...

Do you work outside of Filmmaking?

I guess you're aware of the fact that I'm not talking about Indie Filmmaking ONLY? I'd grab all the opportunities there would show up. Anyway, I didn't see any positive answers yet about getting a degree in filmmaking and getting a job in this industry? Has anyone done it?

Do you work outside of Filmmaking?

I see many of you, guys, are struggling and I really feel sorry for you... :( In reference with my previous post, can someone suggest me what to do in order not to end up jobless? Or I'm just too naive like all young people? :/ P.S. Modern Day Myth, is it really that bad? ;(

Do you work outside of Filmmaking?

While reading these posts I realised I have a dilemma, too. I got 2 years to finish school and I'll go to the university. The thing is that I want to study film production or something similar. But now I see how hard it is to have a full-time job in this filmmaking industry. So even if I have a...

    Remote shutter release (intervalometer)

I've been looking for a remote shutter release (intervalometer) for timelapse videos with my Canon 60D. All I found is either expensive or NOT for 60D. Can someone show/suggest a cheap intervalometer which I could buy online compatible with Canon 60D for something cheap, around $5 that simply...
