I've refreshed certain AIs and and had totally different results. Ask a question two times, is the answer the same? However we are veering off of the topic at hand, the service.

The irony is you are paying for another human to enter it into AI. This becomes a human service, labor charge essentially.

Which is why it is essential to have access to the interface being used so you can reword, ask differently, and feed new changes it gave you back in, etc. This is a "one-off" service where they utilize such AIs and you pay them for feedback once, after they themselves do the rewording, human...

If their AI is doing all this they would have an interface you could try out. Instead you "send them" your script and they mess around with it in available AIs for a few hours, things you can do yourself. Send script, receive in six hours, or whatever. You are correct that's what these companies...

Exactly why you email them the script, and they do not show a public interface. They use an available AI and make human tweaks.

You're open to opinions no matter where it is seen. YT, social, this website, amazon. You have to either get it out there or sit on it and do nothing, up to you.

I think it's better advice to seek out the proper reviewers for your film. Horror for horror, etc. You can also read/watch their previous reviews to see their style and more than likely they will have a little info on their submission page to glean.

However that is not always the case. But don't be afraid. Just get it out there.

Reviewers will often only seriously pan a major film. If they don't like your small movie they may not write the review, or, they may be constructive in their review. But it doesn't really suit anybody to tear up a small film by an unknown filmmaker. This is my experience.
